NCM offers separate mobile applications for vendors, customers, and logistics. Vendors sending their deliveries through the NCM application can use the NCM vendor application to set COD. For that, you need to follow these steps:
- Firstly, you should download the NCM vendor application on your mobile phone.
- Sign in to your account to access the vendor portal login.
- Then go to the account section after clicking the upper-leftmost button.
- Click in the ‘COD transfer’ section.
- Then you can view the “Open Ticket” section.
- You can choose the “Ticket type” option.
- Then, you can select the “COD Transfer” option from the following options:
- General
- COD Transfer
- Order Processing
- Return
- Pickup
- Finally, you can enter your bank details and click the “Submit” button.
