If you are someone who is looking to send goods to family or relatives in the city, this service is perfect for you. You can now send anything that fits into a Happy Box from selected branches to Kathmandu at very low prices. Currently, this service is only available at Dhulikhel, Sindhuli, Bardibas, Golbazar, Itahari, Belbari, Damak, and Birtamode. Happy Box comes in three sizes to accommodate different needs, you can purchase one of it according your needs:
- Large size (24”x14”x14”): Rs.400 upto 15 Kg
- Medium size (20”x14”x12”): Rs.300 upto 10Kg
- Small size (19”x12”x10”): Rs.200 5 Kg

- Purchase the happy box according your needs.
- Gather Your Items up to 15kg you wish to send.
- Pack Securely your items inside a happy box.
- Visit NCM Branch and drop off your box there.
- Pay the affordable rate according to your box size for your shipment.
- Track Your Shipment: Monitor the progress of your package until it reaches its destination.
Terms & Conditions
- Customers must pay the amount based on the selected box size at the time of purchase.
- Goods must be sent within 7 days of receiving the Happy Box.
- Orders not sent within seven days period will be canceled, and payments will not be refunded.
- Goods sent via Happy Box should be collected from Tinkune, Kathmandu, or the specified nearby branches within 3 days of arrival.
- A copy of the customer’s identity card (COC) must be provided when sending a Happy Box.
- You are fully responsible for any unauthorized goods sent in the Happy Box.
